These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of flagforheroes.com and any purchase or pre-order from Flag for Heroes (“we,” “us”). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
Flag for Heroes is a private commemorative offer. We are not affiliated with the United States government, the Department of Defense, any 9/11 memorial or foundation, or any official agency. Products are unofficial commemorative items.
2. Eligibility and shipping
You must be at least 18 years old. We ship to United States addresses only. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address.
3. Pre-orders
The 25th Anniversary 9/11 Memorial Flag is offered as a pre-order. The flag itself is free; you pay shipping and handling and any add-ons you choose. We intend to ship the first week of September so orders are in hand by September 11, but dates are estimates. Events outside our control (carrier delays, weather, supply) can change delivery timing. You will receive tracking by email when the order ships.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe. By submitting a card, you authorize us to charge the amount due today and, if you add a one-click upsell, to charge that add-on to the same card. You also authorize us to save the card on file for those add-ons and for the optional Never Forget Club if you join.
5. Never Forget Club
The Never Forget Club is optional. If you leave it checked at checkout, you enroll in an annual subscription:
- $24 per year for a small commemorative pin, billed through Stripe
- The first club charge is not due today. It is scheduled for the following September (after this year’s free flag ships)
- You may cancel anytime before the next ship date and you will not be charged for that year
- Manage or cancel at flagforheroes.com/manage/ using the email from your order
Uncheck the club box at checkout to take the free flag only. Canceling the club does not cancel your flag pre-order.
6. Refunds
Shipping and handling on the free-flag pre-order is generally non-refundable once the order is placed, except where required by law or if we cannot fulfill the order. Damaged or missing items: email us with your order number and photos within 14 days of delivery and we will replace or refund at our discretion. Upsell items follow the same policy. Club charges: cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next year’s charge. If a club charge posts in error, contact us and we will refund that charge.
7. Product descriptions
We try to describe products accurately. Photos are representative. Size, color, and finish can vary slightly. Outdoor flags wear with weather; that is normal.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use this site for fraud, abuse, or anything illegal. We may refuse or cancel an order that looks fraudulent or that we cannot fulfill.
9. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and product designs belong to Flag for Heroes or our licensors. You may not copy or resell them without permission. “Never Forget” and 9/11 remembrance language are used in a commemorative, non-official sense.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. Material changes to an active club subscription will be emailed when required.
